CDFiction.com will send you emails to confirm
the placement of your order and notify you of order status. We will
also use your email address to notify you of any problems with your
order, respond to your questions, suggestions, and/or requests for
assistance in using our site. We will not send you an email for any

CDFiction.com promotional emails, you must request them when you
are placing your order, or by clicking the "Subscribe to the CDFiction.com
Email Newsletter" link on our home page and voluntarily providing us
with your name and email address to register. You may opt-out (stop receiving)
these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe links present in all
promotional emails, editing your account information (see below "Updating
Personal Information"), or sending an email to support@CDFiction.com

email address that is in our database. In addition, when you purchase
a CDFiction.com Email Gift Certificate, we ask for the recipient's email
address in order to complete your request. CDFiction.com does not use
this email address in any other way and we WILL NOT send promotional email
to the recipient's address that you provide.

Updating Personal Information
If you have an account can update the personal information you gave
us when you registered for an account at any time by clicking on the "Your Account" link at the top
of our home page and log in. This will take you to the Your Account page. Click on
the link for "Edit Account Information". This will take you to the Account
Maintenance page. Here you can change your name, email address,
billing address, and account password.
