      Yahoo's security statement: All online transactions at Yahoo! Stores are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.

      When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

      For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant.

      CDFiction security statement: This website uses industry-standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, currently the highest level of security available for secure transactions, to encrypt all of your personal information including your credit card information BEFORE it is transmitted to us. SSL guarantees that the personal information you send to us will be transmitted securely. Information encrypted by SSL cannot be read or recorded as it travels over the Internet. Understand that although encryption slows the process of sending information across the Internet it ensures that your information is secure.

      When you enter a secure area of our website, such as our secure checkout page, you will see a closed lock icon or an unbroken key icon at the bottom of your browser window (depending on which browser you are using). If you click on this icon, a window will open in your browser displaying our site-security information. It is your way of knowing that your personal information is being transmitted to a secure server, not an unknown or unauthorized server. In addition, the "http://" in your browser's address bar will change to "https://". The "s" indicates that you are connected to a secure server.
  • Shipping & Handling
      Our shipping rates are as follows: We charge a base shipping & Handling cost of 99¢ for UPS Ground for the first CD-ROM, and 59¢ per CD-ROM. Therefore, if you ordered one CD-ROM the shipping cost would be $1.58, if you ordered two the shipping cost would be $2.17, and so on.
  • Sales Tax
      New Jersey residents are charged 6% sales tax for all items. Shipping charges are not taxed.
  • Returns
      If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping & handling charges) within 30 days. You will need to acquire an RA (Return Authorization) number from CDFiction. All returns require an authorization number. Note: An RA number does not guarantee final disposition.

      To receive an RA number, send an email to returns@cdfiction.com with NEED RA NUMBER in the subject line. Or you may fax your request to 1-973-338-6187. No returns will be accepted without an authorization. All returns/exchanges must be in their original condition including all packaging materials, inserts, and accessories. Please do not alter the CD-ROM packaging in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
